Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of two years managing projects and budgets.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP/CRM systems; experience with Procore is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters and staffing.
• Discuss and establish work plan outlines with staff; assign duties and provide technical guidance.
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
