Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to specialize in doors, frames, and hardware for the commercial construction industry at our Tempe office.

You will ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget by planning, directing, and coordinating activities on a variety of projects from data centers to schools and hospitals. In this fast-paced role, you will lead planning, scheduling, and coordination across teams, using ERP/CRM systems and Procore where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of project/budget management experience.
• Detail-oriented with ability to read technical docs and blueprints.
• Proficient in Windows programs, ERP/CRM, Excel; experience with Procore preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshooting
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
• Other duties as assigned
