Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager who will specialize in doors, frames, and hardware for the commercial construction industry at our Olathe office to ensure project objectives are met by the specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.

The role involves working on projects ranging from data centers, schools, and hospitals, with responsibilities spanning planning, budgeting, and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least two years managing projects and budgets.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs; ERP/CRM experience; strong Excel skills; Procore experience preferred.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters and staffing/resource needs.
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties and provide technical advice/troubleshooting.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budget; review status reports and adjust as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
