You will oversee scope, budget, and schedule from early planning through completion, with accountability to the Project Executive and client satisfaction. The role requires a four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management, at least 6 years in project management, and hands-on on-site experience managing at-risk projects $5-10M.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 6 years in Project Management, with a focus on at-risk (self-perform) General Contracting.
• Hands-on on-site management of projects and budgets.
• Understanding of project processes and profitability.
• Strong financial acumen and decision-making experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead with vision and align projects with corporate policies.
• Oversee construction to deliver on design, budget and schedule.
• Lead meetings, guide planning, scheduling and engineering teams, mentor engineers.
• Manage cost control, billings, change management and cash flows.
• Ensure safety programs, project documentation, and on-time completion.
