Qualifications

• Educational background specified as a four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 10 years in Project Management, with a focus on at-risk (self-perform) General Contracting.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing on-site, at-risk projects ranging from $5-10 million in commercial and institutional domains.
• Comprehensive understanding of project processes and their pivotal role in ensuring project success.
• Ability to manage budgets, optimize profitability, and foster enduring client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Vision: Establish project objectives and standards, collaborate with our Project Executive, and ensure projects align with corporate policies.
• Execute Excellence: Oversee project construction to deliver on design, budget, and schedule, taking full accountability for project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Guide & Mentor: Lead project meetings, provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions, and mentor project engineers.
• Demonstrate Financial Mastery: Manage cost control, billings, change management, and cash flows, maximizing profitability and building valuable client relationships.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Implement safety programs, maintain meticulous project documentation, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion while mitigating schedule impacts.
