Danis is seeking a Project Manager in Columbus, OH to lead one or two projects at a time, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with the Project Executive, and accountability for project success.

The ideal candidate has a four-year engineering or construction management degree, and 6+ years in project management with at-risk general contracting, including 4+ years on-site-$5–$10 million projects.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 6 years in Project Management with at-risk general contracting experience.
• At least 4 years managing on-site, at-risk projects in the $5–$10 million range.
• Strong understanding of project processes and their role in success.
• Ability to manage budgets, profitability and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Vision: set objectives, align with Project Executive and enforce policies.
• Execute Excellence: oversee construction to meet design, budget and schedule.
• Guide & Mentor: run project meetings and mentor engineers and planners.
• Demonstrate Financial Mastery: control costs, billings, change orders and cash flow.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: implement safety programs and thorough documentation.
