Job summary

Absher Construction is seeking a Project Manager to own delivery from preconstruction through closeout in the Greater Wenatchee area. You’ll lead teams, partner with clients, design partners, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and profitability on commercial projects.

Bring a Bachelor’s in Construction Management (or related field) and proven PM experience, with strengths in value engineering, scheduling, design coordination, and change orders.

• Skilled in value engineering, design coordination, scheduling, and change order negotiation.

• Lead project execution to ensure successful delivery, financial performance, and team coordination.
• Oversee project startup, scheduling, change management, safety planning, quality control, and closeout.
• Manage relationships with owners, design partners, and subcontractors.
• Supervise and mentor project engineers and other staff.
• Review design documents for compliance with contract, standards, and constructability.
• Participate in preconstruction tasks including planning, estimating, and schedule development.
• Monitor and resolve conflicts or issues in the field in a proactive, solution-oriented manner.

As a Project Manager at Absher, you’ll take ownership of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll lead and support your team to ensure quality, safety, and profitability while building trusted relationships with clients, design partners, and subcontractors. You may work in collaboration with a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive depending on project scale.

Note: Absher is a Federal Contractor. All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.

Pay Transparency

$120,000 - $150,000 USD

All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Background checks may include verification of employment history, education, criminal records, and references. For positions with access to company financial accounts or credit card programs, a credit history check may also be conducted.
