As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll play a key leadership role in supporting field and office operations by partnering closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent. You’ll take ownership of complex scopes, lead technical coordination, and help guide Project Engineers and interns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, mentoring others, and taking pride in delivering high‑quality work.
You’ll be involved in every phase of the project, from start‑up through closeout, with increasing responsibility for systems coordination, cost management, and technical execution.
You bring strong technical knowledge, sound judgment, and a calm, steady approach to problem‑solving. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and enjoy helping others grow. You balance attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture, and you take pride in doing things the right way.
Work is primarily based in a jobsite trailer with frequent visits to active construction areas. The role requires regular movement throughout the site, use of standard PPE, and the ability to work in varying weather and site conditions. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds is required, with heavier lifting supported as needed.
Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.
Pay Transparency : $100,000 USD - $130,000 USD
