Job summary

KOR Building Group LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and hospitality builds from pre-construction through close-out. This hands-on, salaried role requires directing resources, budgets, and schedules across multiple projects with a focus on safety and quality.

You will coordinate clients, field teams, and office staff, drive change orders, maintain detailed SOWs and cost analyses, and report progress against KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Associate’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record managing projects in $1M - $10M+ range in commercial/government/hospitality or retail.
• Expert-level knowledge of blueprints, architectural plans, and project estimates.
• Advanced proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Excel, and scheduling software such as P6.
• High intensity of purpose with a motivation to lead and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the full project lifecycle by driving resource allocation, pre-construction setup, and project buyouts to maximize profitability.
• Mastermind comprehensive construction schedules and productivity management systems to ensure deadlines are met with precision.
• Supervise the creation and execution of detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) and maintain rigorous job cost analysis throughout the build.
• Coordinate seamless communication between clients, field superintendents, and office staff to keep all stakeholders aligned on project progress.
• Manage the submittal process and material handling while overseeing subcontractor performance and contractual compliance.
• Evaluate and execute change orders and logs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and project budgets remain balanced.
• Direct project teams toward measurable KPIs, ensuring that quality standards and safety protocols are never compromised.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $100,000 - $150,000 per year plus Performance Bonus.
• Location: Main Office (In person - Las Vegas, NV).
• Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (Salaried).

Required Qualifications & Experience

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other recognized PM certifications.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Experience with Foundation Software Accounting or Building Connected.
• Local experience in the Las Vegas commercial construction market.
