Job summary

TEAM Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Las Vegas to lead hospitality and resort renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own scheduling discipline, maintain client communication, and coordinate with owners, operators, and property managers for live-operation constraints.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction, a relevant degree, and strong skills with Procore, BuildingConnected, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (hospitality, resort, or tenant improvement experience strongly preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent field experience.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, BuildingConnected, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing directly with clients.
• Familiarity with site documentation platforms (DroneDeploy) a plus.
• Nevada contractor/construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of commercial construction and tenant improvement projects, including budget, schedule, and subcontractor coordination.
• Serve as primary point of contact for ownership/client representatives (resort operators, property management).
• Coordinate with superintendents to maintain project schedules, particularly around live-operation constraints common in resort and hospitality renovations.
• Manage preconstruction and bid processes, including subcontractor solicitation and qualification through BuildingConnected.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Oversee site documentation workflows using DroneDeploy Ground for interior/tenant improvement projects.
• Lead project meetings and produce regular progress reporting for clients and internal leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and permitting requirements.
• Support staffing and resource planning across concurrent projects.

Job Description

TEAM Construction is a Las Vegas-based General Contractor specializing in commercial renovation and tenant improvement projects, with deep experience delivering complex work across the Las Vegas Strip and mega resort properties. Our portfolio spans nearly every element of the modern resort environment — large-scale tower and guest room renovations, high-end dining and restaurant build-outs, luxury retail spaces, and large-format gaming and entertainment venues.
