Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, ideally with 3+ years in commercial paint estimating and/or project management. A successful candidate will be a highly organized team player who can deliver in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will handle all aspects of assigned projects from beginning to closeout.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a safety & people-first culture.
- Mentor, coach, and develop all team members.
- Ensure comprehensive bid & cost evaluation for each project, leveraging experience to look beyond the information.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, project teams, architects, engineers, vendors, etc.
- Respond to RFPs and deliver formal project presentations.
- Conduct job site visits to review conditions and collaborate with Operations & Field Management.
- Develop and monitor preconstruction meeting schedules.
- Present updates on job costs, schedules, and budgets regularly.
- Review all project documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Develop creative and innovative solutions tailored to each project.
- Identify, adapt, and resolve complex issues.
- Achieve project goals and metrics.
- Lead, manage, and motivate project teams throughout all phases.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions to address challenges and foster growth.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations and laws.
Core Skills:
- Leadership
- Strong knowledge of commercial painting (preferred but not required)
- Awareness of construction site safety standards
- Proficiency in reading plans, specifications, and related documents
- Monitor project goals and outcomes actively
- Experience with Planswift, Procore, BuildingConnected, PlanGrid, MS Office Suite
- Foster cooperation among field and office staff
- Effective listening and communication skills; receptive to feedback
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Ability to track and interpret financial indicators
- Resilience in handling challenges and stress
- Professional assertiveness
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
