Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead teams.
  • Proficiency with PM software such as MS Project or Primavera; PMP/PRINCE2 desirable.
