Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Mid Level Project Manager for Indianapolis projects. You will lead commercial construction efforts from ground-up to renovations, with a focus on budgets, schedules, and client coordination.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. This role emphasizes collaboration with field teams, owners, and consultants.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects.
  • Ability to develop, manage, and track project budgets and financial performance.
  • Experience managing project schedules, including baseline development and updates.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, scopes of work, and change order management.
  • Coordinate with superintendents on field execution and project logistics.
  • Experience managing subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation workflows.
  • Ability to forecast project costs and manage risk throughout the lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and leadership across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience using construction management software and project controls tools.
  • Manage project closeout, turnover documentation, and final accounting processes.
