Ardurra in Cottonwood, AZ seeks a Project Manager/Civil Engineer to lead land development and site/civil projects. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver parks, stormwater, and infrastructure on time and on budget.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, 6+ years of PM experience, and an Arizona PE or reciprocity. Strong leadership and collaborative skills are essential in our client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management.
• Arizona PE license or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• Familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and design civil engineering projects (public & private) including industrial, residential, commercial, and drainage/stormwater systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (transportation, water/wastewater, surveying)
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and client relationships for on-time, on-budget delivery
• Prepare proposals, scopes, fees, and RFP responses
• Supervise design activities for complex projects requiring cross-discipline coordination
• Support construction administration by reviewing submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings
