Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Project Manager/Civil Engineer to join our Prescott, AZ site/civil team. You will lead land development projects from parks to stormwater systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary groups and maintaining budgets and schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 6+ years of civil engineering and PM experience, and an Arizona PE license (or reciprocity). Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, and Bluebeam is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management.
• Arizona PE license (or ability to obtain via reciprocity).
• Familiar with drawing review in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design civil engineering projects (public & private).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (transportation, water/wastewater, surveying).
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and client relationships for on-time delivery.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, fees, and RFP responses.
• Support construction administration by reviewing submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
