You will manage budgets and schedules, prepare proposals, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams; Arizona PE license or reciprocity is required, with hybrid work after onboarding.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years of civil engineering and project management experience.
• Arizona PE license or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• Familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and design civil engineering projects (public & private) including industrial, residential, commercial, and drainage/stormwater systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (transportation, water/wastewater, surveying).
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and client relationships for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, fees, and RFP responses.
• Supervise design activities for complex projects requiring cross-discipline coordination.
• Support construction administration by reviewing submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
