Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead site/civil land development projects in Cottonwood, AZ.

You will guide projects from proposal through closeout, coordinating scope, schedule, budget, and client communications to deliver value for clients and the firm. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and a PE license in Arizona or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years’ experience in site/civil project management.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Arizona or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience managing engineering/construction projects of relevant scope and complexity.
• Proven track record of managing relevant projects and staff.
• Client management and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, cost, schedule, and manage project execution.
• Prepare bids and quantify scope and resources.
• Obtain federal, state, and local permits.
• Manage project risks and implement controls.
• Utilize Earned Value Management for project performance.
• Ensure quality control at milestones.
• Monitor receivables and timely invoicing.
• Lead and develop project team and assign tasks.
• Maintain client relationships and project reviews.
