Ardurra is seeking a Project Engineer to join our growing Site/Civil team in Cottonwood, AZ. The role involves leading residential, commercial, municipal, and park projects with a focus on on-schedule and on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate holds an EIT certification and aims to obtain a AZ PE license within 12–18 months, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Hydraflow. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in site design and permitting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• EIT certification required; ability to obtain AZ PE license within 12–18 months
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology/hydraulic analysis programs, and pipe network analysis
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsabilités

• Develop design concepts and criteria for multiple land development projects
• Create design drawings and plans for public and private projects
• Organize project information, files, and records
• Support client interfaces, budgets, and schedules, ensuring on-budget delivery
• Review designs with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Hydraflow; perform QC reviews
• Coordinate with design teams, clients, and permit agencies; assist construction phase
