Job summary

Civil Works Contracting is seeking a skilled Project Manager - Civil Construction to oversee complex civil projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site supervision while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership, extensive civil construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to advance in a growing firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in civil construction.
• Demonstrated experience leading medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Valid construction safety certifications as required by local laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of civil construction projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, consultants, and construction teams on-site.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and health & safety standards.
• Manage and resolve project risks, issues, and changes efficiently.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, clients, and senior management regarding project status and updates.
• Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and status updates.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate procurement of materials and equipment and manage inventory.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and contractual agreements.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager - Civil Construction to oversee and lead civil construction projects from inception to completion. Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with site development and infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Primavera, HCSS, AutoCAD).
• Site-based work with regular visits to active construction locations.
• Full-time position; may require extended hours or weekends based on project needs.
• Adherence to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
