Job summary

Synergy Solutions in San Diego, CA, seeks a Project Manager – Business Optimization to lead capital and O&M projects aimed at process improvement and operational efficiency. You will define scope, schedules, and resources, and drive accountability across cross‑functional teams to deliver outcomes.

The role requires strong PM skills; PMP preferred; experience with GIS, SAP, scheduling, and mobility apps; and excellent communication. Onsite Monday–Thursday in the San Diego region.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project management principles.
• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of related experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with GIS, SAP, Scheduling, Dispatching, Mobility Applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Drive accountability to ensure tasks and milestones are completed on schedule.
• Maintain open communication with team members, stakeholders, end users, and leadership.
• Use PM tools and reporting frameworks to ensure visibility and consistency.
• Support training, implementation and change management activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
• Present project updates to diverse audiences, technical or non‑technical.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
