Job summary

Corporate Environments of Georgia seeks an Architectural Solutions Project Designer in Atlanta, GA. You will deliver quality design work, face clients, and work toward project management cross-training.

Responsibilities include managing schedule, budget, design deliverables, and coordination with MEP consultants; require Revit, CAD, MS Project, Procore.

Qualifications

• BS/BA/BFA in interior design or architecture is required.
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, MS Project and Procore is required.
• Knowledge of local codes, ADA regulations, NEC and related standards is required.
• Experience in design-build and offsite construction methods is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage adherence to project schedule, internal budget, customer budget, design task completions and quality of design work.
• Ensure complete and accurate transmittal of project planning data to order entry and project management assist.
• Understand local building codes, ADA regulations, NEC, and related standards.
• Understand architectural products, including order preparation, project management, order management, and delivery/installation.
• Manage changes and revisions with costs in mind.
• Execute drawings and pricing utilizing DIRTT software ICE; coordinate MEP consultants.

Position Title: Architectural Solutions Project Designer

Reports to: Director of Architectural Solutions

Positions Supervised: None

Position Overview:

Responsible for providing quality design work to clients in a timely manner, and within
budget, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a client facing design position
that will have the opportunity to cross-train in project management and be expected to work
toward a successful team experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage adherence to project schedule, internal budget, customer's project
• budget, design task completions, and quality of design work.
• Ensure complete and accurate transmittal of project planning data to order entry
• along with project management assist.
• Understand Local building codes, ADA regulations, National Electrical Code, etc.
• Understand architectural product, including order preparation, project
• management, order management, and delivery/installation.
• Manage changes and revisions with costs in mind.
• Strong personal leadership abilities including meeting management, facilitation,
• negotiation, conflict resolution, collaboration and prioritization
• Execute drawings and pricing utilizing DIRTT software ICE
• Experience with Architectural Construction detailing and coordinating MEP
• consultants.
