Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities operations or systems integration.
• Knowledge of building systems including electrical infrastructure, HVAC, mechanical systems and their integration.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee renovation of a 10-floor building from start to finish.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers and stakeholders to verify system integration.
• Manage external contractors and vendors per project specifications.
• Facilitate communication across the organization for alignment and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards and facility management best practices.
