You will oversee exterior restoration work, manage schedules, crews, and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery on high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent within exterior restoration, concrete restoration, waterproofing, façade, or building envelope construction.
• Proven ability to manage commercial restoration projects from the field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Understanding of safety procedures, quality control, and project scheduling.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations on exterior restoration projects.
• Oversee project schedules, manpower, subcontractors, and site logistics.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and field teams.

• Identify and resolve field challenges to keep projects moving forward.
