Advanced Structural Solutions LLC is seeking a driven Structural Engineer Project Manager to lead concrete restoration and building envelope projects across South Florida. You will manage restoration projects from award through closeout, coordinating field crews, subcontractors and clients to deliver high-quality repairs on time and on budget.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and project controls; a bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or construction management

About the Role:

Advanced Structural Solutions LLC is looking for a driven, detail oriented and experienced Structural Engineer Project Manager to lead structural concrete restoration and building envelope projects across South Florida. In this role, you'll manage restoration projects from award through closeout - coordinating field crews, subcontractors and clients to deliver high quality repairs on time and on budget. Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle for concrete restoration and building envelope projects, from award to close out.
• Coordinate daily with field superintendents, crews, subcontractors, owner representatives and building building representatives to keep work on schedule.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, submittals and resource plans.
• Review shop drawings, repair details and technical submittals for quality and code compliance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, associations and property managers. Providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Conduct site visits and progress inspections; identify field conditions, risks and change order needs and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code, permitting requirements and industry standards (ICRI/ACI).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management preferred, or equivalent restoration/construction experience.
• 2+ years in project management, preferably in structural concrete restoration, building envelope or general construction.
• PE License, EI, PMP or relevant trade credentials is a plus.
• Working knowledge of the Florida Building Code, permitting and the 40/50 year recertification process.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership and client-relationship skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to deadline and budget.
