Job summary

Building Engineering-Consultants, Inc. (BECI) is seeking a Project Manager or Project Engineer to join our Charlotte, NC team. This local role requires occasional out-of-market travel to train and support other branches, with strong training in building enclosure concepts.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management or equivalent.
• IIBEC credentials (RRC, RRO, RWC, or REWC) or EIT certificate a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting building envelope issues and provide on-site support.
• Produce investigation reports and assist with construction specifications.
• Provide technical support to staff and attend industry seminars for ongoing development.
