Job summary

BECI in Nashville, TN is seeking a Project Manager or Project Engineer to join our building envelope team. The role involves on-site construction site support, reporting, and collaboration with staff across projects, with opportunities for travel to other branches.

Qualified candidates hold a related engineering or construction management degree; IIBEC credentials or an EIT are a plus. We offer salary-based compensation with bonuses and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management is required or equivalent experience.
IIBEC credentials (RRC, RRO, RWC, or REWC) or EIT certificate are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Assisting with troubleshooting building envelope issues.
Going onsite to construction sites to provide support and quality analysis.
Producing reports based on investigations.
Assisting with the preparation of construction specifications.
Providing technical support to staff, as required.
Attending trade shows, seminars and educational programs to keep abreast of industry trends and ensure continued professional development.
