Job summary

Building Engineering-Consultants, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Project Manager or Project Engineer to supervise building envelope projects, coordinate site activities, and deliver thorough investigations.

The role is local with occasional travel to support other branches; BECI will train you in our envelope methodologies and provide competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management or equivalent experience in the construction industry.
• IIBEC credentials (RRC, RRO, RWC, or REWC) or EIT certificate is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with troubleshooting building envelope issues.
• Going onsite to construction sites to provide support and quality analysis.
• Producing reports based on investigations.
• Assisting with the preparation of construction specifications.
• Providing technical support to staff, as required.
• Attending trade shows, seminars and educational programs to keep abreast of industry trends and ensure continued professional development.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management

We are currently seeking a Project Manager or Project Engineer, to join our team in the Nashville, TN market. This position is considered local however, out of market travel will be required on occasion to train and to support other branches/markets. Previous Building Enclosure experience is a plus but, if you don't have that, don't worry, we're really good at teaching and...WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

Compensation

• This position is salary-based with the potential for quarterly performance-based bonuses.
• The salary is competitive and generally exceeds the national average.
