Job summary

Building Engineering-Consultants, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Project Manager or Project Engineer to supervise building envelope projects, coordinate site activities, and deliver thorough investigations.

The role is local with occasional travel to support other branches; BECI will train you in our envelope methodologies and provide competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management or equivalent experience in the construction industry.
• IIBEC credentials (RRC, RRO, RWC, or REWC) or EIT certificate is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with troubleshooting building envelope issues.
• Going onsite to construction sites to provide support and quality analysis.
• Producing reports based on investigations.
• Assisting with the preparation of construction specifications.
• Providing technical support to staff, as required.
• Attending trade shows, seminars and educational programs to keep abreast of industry trends and ensure continued professional development.

Education
