Job summary

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in Monroeville, PA seeks a Civil Engineering Project Manager to oversee client and project management, including technical and financial aspects.

You will collaborate with Principals in the Civil/Site Practice and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include business development support, representing the firm at conferences and meetings, mentoring junior staff, and building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 7+ years of relevant design and permitting experience, including earth disturbance and stormwater permits.
• Professional Engineering License (P.E.) preferred.
• Civil design and permitting experience related to site layout, grading, stormwater, and erosion control.
• Familiarity with PA, WV, or OH environmental regulatory agencies and trade organizations.
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multi-discipline projects and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client and project management, including technical and financial aspects of projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and participate in business development.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and Senior Principals in the Civil/Site Practice.
• Represent the company at conferences, meetings with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and help develop project schedules and staffing.
• Sit in Monroeville or Moon Township offices and collaborate with local and national teams.
