Swoon is seeking a driven Project Manager to join our building automation systems partner in Farmers Branch, TX. This full-time, direct-hire role offers mentorship and extensive growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

You will own multiple workstreams, manage dependencies and stakeholders, and become the top client SME. Hybrid work means onsite collaboration with remote planning and ample client-facing moments.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of project management and coordination experience.
• Experience documenting and gathering requirements.
• Comfortable working with high-level stakeholders and multiple workstreams.

We're working with a top full-service building automation systems vendor organization to hire a driven and passionate Project Manager to their growing team on a full time basis!

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of project management/coordination experience
• Skilled in documentation and requirements gathering
• Keen attention to detail and comfortability working with and facing high level stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Become a key top client/account Subject Matter Expert with extensive opportunity to make impact
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to quickly learn the intricacies of a client’s business
• Proactive, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of an account/project from end to end
• Eagerness and willingness to learn a new industry if not already familiar
• Building automation industry experience a plus - not required
