• Compensation: $110K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Annual Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BAS initiatives across major data center and mission-critical projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, installation progress, and scheduling requirements.
• Prepare and process RFIs, change orders, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Handle project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, safety, and project compliance.
• Participate in planning sessions to coordinate resources and maintain project timelines.
• Manage procurement and delivery of controls equipment and materials.
• Support installation and service teams when technical guidance is required.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project partners.

Ideal Candidate:

• Background managing BAS or MEP construction projects; data center experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Building Automation Systems, controls integration, and project workflows.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractor activities and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient with project documentation, financial tracking, and scheduling software.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
