Innovative Beauty Group (IBG) in New York is seeking a Project Manager to own client projects from concept to delivery. You will manage launches for turnkey, stock packaging and fragrance projects, ensuring on-time delivery and targeted margins while meeting quality and timing expectations.

The role requires hands-on product development experience, strong project management skills, and collaboration with Sales, Quality and NPD teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science/Cosmetics, Fashion Management, Business/Marketing.
• 3-5 years experience in a previous project management or product development role.
• Project planning experience and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience with fragrance houses, international factories and vendors preferred.
• Wrike and ClickUp or similar PM tools experience is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Organize Kick off meeting with Sales, Quality & NPD management (once brief is assigned) and define best approach (approved vendors, risk assessments, etc).
• Source accessory, packaging and/or formula based on customer brief.
• Source and vet vendors compatible with project and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet IBG target margins and customer target price.
• Prepare Costing sheets and monitor target margin.
• Request samples and compare for quality and performance before submitting to customer.
• Work with Quality/Regulatory to ensure formula meets blacklist and country requirements.
• Manage and lead new WON projects to meet target.
• Lead communication between Internal & External teams.
• Create, monitor & communicate Timeline/Critical Path with Internal & External Teams.

IBG North America specializes in turnkey solutions, private label and packaging in the beauty industry. Together, we are concept builders and boosters with global opportunities for well-known retailers and brands.

Our New York team is looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of client projects from concept through to delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for managing new launches for full turnkey, stock packaging and fragrance projects and ensure on-time delivery, at a targeted margin, within respect of the customers quality & timing expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong project management background with hands‑on product development experience. This is for an existing vacancy.

In this role, you will:

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Cosmetics, Fashion Management, Business/Marketing

• 3-5 years experience in a previous project management or product development role

• Project planning experienceand have strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Previous experience working with fragrance houses, international factories and vendors strongly preferred

• Working knowledge of Wrike, and ClickUp or other Project Management tools is an asset

• Previous experience in beauty or personal care considered an asset
