Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with experience in product development to join our dynamic team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee product development projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely execution within budget and quality expectations.
2. Manage contract manufacturing relationships, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.
3. Analyze and manage P&Ls to optimize project profitability and cost efficiency.
4. Utilize Excel for data analysis, financial tracking, and reporting.
5. Work within Asana to track project milestones and deadlines.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
7. Client-facing interactions are a plus, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. 3-5 years of experience in project management within a contract manufacturing environment.
2. Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling).
3. Experience using Asana for project tracking.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage numbers and P&Ls effectively.
5. Ability to adapt quickly, learn on the job, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
6. Prior experience in the beauty industry is required.
7. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
