Job summary

TheCoTeam is seeking a hands-on Project Manager for AV/LV construction projects in the Scottsdale area. You will oversee field deployment from rough-in through final commissioning, coordinating with trades and clients to deliver on schedule.

You bring field experience on AV/LV builds, a solid work history, high EQ, and a passion for learning. This full-time role offers steady hours with a Monday–Friday schedule and collaborative leadership from Christian, Owner.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager on AV/LV construction sites.
• Solid understanding of the built environment and the three implementation phases: Rough, Trim, Final.
• Demonstrated steady work history (3 years between roles) and strong interpersonal skills.

You Are:

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV. Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.

Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
