Job summary

SOLUS in North Salt Lake, UT, is seeking a Project Manager for High-End Residential Lighting & Shading. You will lead field projects for luxury homes, coordinating with clients, designers and trades to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Requirements include construction PM experience in AV/LV or residential electrical; PMP is a plus. Work 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, reporting to Kody, Ops Manager. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 per year.

Description

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV or Residential Electrical (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Location:

• Our Office: 925 W 100 N # E, North Salt Lake, UT 84054
• Your Projects: High-End Homes in Salt Lake City, Park City, and surrounding areas.

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
• Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Your Contribution to SOLUS:

• Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
• Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
• Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
• Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
• Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
• Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
• Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
• Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness

***Experience with Lutron Lighting Control (RA3/QSX) and Motorized Shades PREFERRED***
