Job summary

SOLUS is seeking a Project Manager for High-End Residential Lighting & Shading in North Salt Lake, UT. You will manage field projects, coordinate with clients, trades, and internal staff, and ensure schedules and budgets are met on luxury homes.

Ideal candidates have construction PM experience in AV/LV or residential electrical, PMP is a plus, and a track record of delivering projects from rough to final. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience PM on construction sites in AV/LV or Residential Electrical.
• Knowledge of the built environment and three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final).
• 3+ years of steady work history (between hops) and high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, in-house staff, and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.
• Plan and schedule projects, proactively manage resources and risks.
• Ensure work meets SOW, plans, and company standards; read and distribute plans.

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 / year

Description

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV or Residential Electrical (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Location:

• Our Office: 925 W 100 N # E, North Salt Lake, UT 84054
• Your Projects: High-End Homes in Salt Lake City, Park City, and surrounding areas.

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
• Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Your Contribution to SOLUS:

• Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
• Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
• Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
• Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
• Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
• Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
• Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
• Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness

***Experience with Lutron Lighting Control (RA3/QSX) and Motorized Shades PREFERRED***
