Job summary

Newmark Group is hiring for a Project Manager in Boston, Massachusetts to handle minor project work and execute contractor sourcing activities. You will need a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field along with a minimum of 3 years of project management experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process minor project work, defined as work not requiring extensive design or coordination functions.
• Execute contractor sourcing activities including issuing requests for proposal.
• Prepare effective project initiation and approval documents.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong budgetary, fiscal and expense management skills

PC skills with MS Office products

Education
