Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of project initiation and approval processes.
• Experience organizing and leading project meetings.

Responsibilities

• Process minor project work not requiring extensive design.
• Execute contractor sourcing activities and prepare bid analyses.
• Organize and lead project kickoff and closeout meetings.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong budgetary and expense management skills

Knowledge of code and regulatory compliance

PC skills and experience with MS Office

Ability to work with AutoCAD

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, project management or related field
