Job summary

Thompson & Litton seeks a Project Manager - Architecture in the Radford area to lead complex architectural projects from kickoff to completion. • 8-10+ years of project management experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing project budgets, contracts, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Registered Architect (RA), PMP, LEED AP, or other credentials are a plus.

Thompson & Litton is seeking a Project Manager - Architecture to lead projects from kickoff through completion. This role is focused on project leadership, client relationships, team coordination, budgets, schedules, and successful project delivery, with less emphasis on day-to-day design production.

What You'll Do

• Lead Project Delivery: Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and deliverables throughout all phases of a project.

• Guide the Team: Provide direction and support to project teams while helping ensure projects meet client expectations and T&L's standards.
