Job summary

Thompson & Litton seeks a Project Manager - Architecture in the Radford area to lead complex architectural projects from kickoff to completion. You will oversee budgets and schedules, coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, surveyors, and contractors, and cultivate strong client relationships while ensuring delivery aligns with T&L standards.

Candidates should have 8-10+ years of PM experience in architecture/engineering/construction, a relevant bachelor's degree, and

Qualifications

8-10+ years of project management experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience managing project budgets, contracts, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Registered Architect (RA), PMP, LEED AP, or other credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Project Delivery: Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and deliverables through all project phases.
Build Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted contact for clients and foster long-term partnerships.
Coordinate Multidisciplinary Teams: Align architects, engineers, surveyors, consultants, and contractors.
Manage Project Performance: Monitor budgets and schedules and address challenges to keep teams aligned.
Guide the Team: Provide direction and support to ensure client satisfaction and standards.
