Job summary

Thompson & Litton is seeking a Project Manager – Architecture to lead architectural projects from kickoff through completion. This role emphasizes project leadership, client relationships, team coordination, budgets, schedules, and successful delivery, with less focus on day-to-day design production.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of PM experience in architecture, engineering, or construction and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. RA, PMP, LEED AP credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of project management experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing project budgets, contracts, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Registered Architect (RA), PMP, LEED AP, or other credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Delivery: Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and deliverables across all project phases.
• Build Client Relationships: Serve as trusted client contact and help develop long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate Multidisciplinary Teams: Bring together architects, engineers, surveyors, consultants, and contractors to keep projects moving forward.
• Manage Project Performance: Monitor budgets, schedules, and performance while addressing challenges and keeping teams aligned.
• Guide the Team: Provide direction and support to project teams to meet client expectations and standards.
