Qualifications

• 8+ years of comprehensive architectural experience.
• Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch); NCARB Certification and Virginia Licensure.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning, and construction practices.
• Excellent visual and verbal storytelling to engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from concept through construction.
• Visualize and create designs using a tech stack (Revit, AutoCAD, Twinmotion, Adobe).
• Mentor junior staff and interns.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and standards.
