Role Description

The Project Manager - Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Edwards, CO. This position is responsible for managing architectural projects from concept through construction, including planning, design development, coordination with consultants, and oversight of project schedules and budgets. Daily activities include leading project meetings, reviewing drawings and specifications, ensuring code compliance, and coordinating with contractors, expeditors, and regulatory agencies to keep projects on track. The role involves regular site visits for inspections, monitoring construction progress, and resolving design and construction issues. The Project Manager - Architect collaborates closely with internal design teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, well-coordinated projects that meet client goals and budget parameters.

Qualifications
