Intelligence and National Security Alliance seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through construction in Hawaii. You will oversee schedules, budgets, client relationships, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Professional architectural licensure or active pursuit of licensure is preferred.
  • Proven project management experience within an architectural or design environment.
  • Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural documentation and project management software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, construction methods, and technical detailing.
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain timelines and budgets.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through construction. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, client relationships, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring technical excellence and successful project delivery. Required Qualifications
