Job summary

KaylaTek, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to support the AFNCR IT Services program at Joint Base Andrews, MD. You will work with customers, other PMs, internal staff and support personnel to execute the AFNCR ITS Mission.

The role requires prioritizing, planning, organizing, training and managing resources to ensure on-schedule, within-scope project delivery. The AFNCR IT Services program supports IT operations for multiple Air Force entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience; Master preferred.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Strong PMO understanding and ability to manage projects.
• Ability to build relationships and external networks.
• Independent work style with collaboration when needed.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and PM software like Microsoft Project.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines.
• PMP certification within 6 months; ITIL v4 is optional.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage small and medium projects.
• Integrate all functions and activities to meet client requirements.
• Present project information to customers, leadership and peers.
• Create project plans, set expectations, ensure alignment with procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on scope and deliverables.

• Monitor and track project dependencies.
• Create a breakdown structure for project deliverables.
• Provide high-quality written and verbal project communications.
• Monitor, track and manage tasks, timelines and milestones.
