Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) is seeking a Project Manager to support the Air Force National Capital Region ITS-2 program at Joint Base Andrews. You will oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications with Government teams and technical staff.

Key duties include coordinating resources, defining milestones, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery. A Secret or higher clearance is required for this challenging mission-critical role in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field with at least 5 years of project management experience.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of progressive project management experience with PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee minor projects and routine operational requirements to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements in coordination with Government stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and execution timelines.
• Identify, allocate, and coordinate project resources to support objectives.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and address schedule, resource, or performance issues.
• Provide consistent project status updates to Government customers and stakeholders, including risks and recommended actions.
• Adjust project plans and resources to address changing mission priorities and requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
