Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead AI, software, and data integration initiatives across the JIOC enterprise in Hawaii.

You will manage project plans, track milestones, mitigate risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams with senior leadership involvement. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and extensive experience managing technical projects in a classified environment.

• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to select and apply the appropriate approach.
• Comprehensive understanding of intelligence systems, infrastructure, and operations.
• Experience mentoring project managers or establishing project management standards and best practices.

• Lead kickoff meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and after-action assessments.
• Participate in intelligence planning conferences, exercises, and coordination boards.

This role leads project planning and execution, coordinates technical and operational stakeholders, tracks milestones and deliverables, manages risk, and maintains the documentation needed to keep mission-critical work aligned with operational objectives and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex AI and data integration projects within intelligence operational constraints.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, action-item trackers, metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate technical teams, operational users, mission partners, and leadership to maintain alignment and project momentum.
