Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Experience managing technical projects in a classified environment.
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, project controls, and documentation practices.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with technical professionals, operational users, and senior leaders.
• Strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, judgment, and follow-through.
• At least 8 years of progressive project management experience, including 5 years on complex technical projects in intelligence/defense environments.
• Proven success leading high-profile, mission-critical projects with complexity.
• Expert knowledge of PM methodologies and selecting the appropriate approach.
• Comprehensive understanding of intelligence systems, infrastructure, and operations.
• Experience mentoring PMs or setting PM standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex AI and data integration projects within intelligence constraints.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate technical teams, mission partners, and leadership to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Maintain accurate requirements, decisions, designs, and status reports for accountability.
• Apply traditional, agile, or hybrid PM methods based on project needs.
• Lead kickoff meetings, working sessions, and reviews; conduct after-action analyses.
• Engage in intelligence planning conferences, working groups, and technical exchanges with partners.
