Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support AI, software, and data integration initiatives across the JIOC enterprise.

This role leads project planning and execution, coordinates technical and operational stakeholders, tracks milestones and deliverables, manages risk, and maintains the documentation needed to keep mission-critical work aligned with operational objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience managing technical projects in a classified environment.
• Understanding of waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and project controls.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with technical professionals and leaders.
• Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex AI and data integration projects within intelligence constraints.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and trackers.
• Coordinate technical teams, users, partners, and leadership to maintain momentum.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and schedule challenges.
• Maintain accurate requirements, decisions, designs, and status reports for accountability.
• Apply suitable PM methodologies (traditional, agile, or hybrid) per project needs.
• Lead kickoff meetings, reviews, and after-action assessments.
• Engage in intelligence planning conferences and coordination boards as required.
