Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support AI, software, and data integration initiatives across the JIOC enterprise.

This role leads project planning and execution, coordinates technical and operational stakeholders, tracks milestones and deliverables, manages risk, and maintains the documentation needed to keep mission-critical work aligned with operational objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including 5+ years on complex technical projects in intelligence or defense environments.
• Experience mentoring project managers or establishing PM standards.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to select the appropriate approach.
• Strong understanding of intelligence systems, infrastructure, and operations.
• Ability to identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of AI and data integration projects within intelligence constraints.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, action-item trackers, metrics, and KPIs.
• Coordinate technical teams, mission partners, and leadership to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and schedule challenges.
• Maintain accurate project requirements, decisions, designs, status reports, and outcome documentation.
